Meeting start
I’m always curious to see the person I’ve emailed or talked to! Usually when the meeting begins, it will always be a bit strange, and everyone is very professional in they way they talk and act. It takes time to “accept” each other and a good cup of coffee! But when this is done, in my opinion, the meeting can transform to a social group heading to a common goal while enjoying it.
Meeting middle
This is where the fun starts, the different people – including me – learned a bit more about each other. Now the knowledge, situation, ideas, and standpoint have to be discussed and set! We are different people with different point of views, so the discussion can feel long and sometimes in circles, but don’t worry if it relevant for the future work.
Meeting End
When the meeting ends a lot of things have been discussed, noted and we’ve had some coffees. After this we usually part, to think and evaluate the meeting. Hopefully this will result in a call for a future teamwork!
