What is a problem?

The cube
I remember when I bought a cube after watching the movie called “the pursuit of happiness”. After several of hours looking at it and trying to figure out the solution I had to give up!
But that’s not quite the point here! A friend of mine, who was an “expert” within cubes could do it in 10 min or so. You see, because he was an expert from outside, he could solve the problem!
You need help, solving a problem!
What I’m trying so say is that no matter what your problem is it can always be solved, but you need help to do it, and you need an expert within that area the problem is. I’m not the guy telling you that the price of your product could be the problem, why its not selling, because I don’t now anything about price settings, but I believe that I can tell you if you communication or design of you e-elements is right!
